Seattle's Best Milk Tea

Went to China Town in Ongpin, Manila to get a taste of Chinese food at its finest. Dropped by Seattle's Best and discovered that they served iced milk tea. Maybe this is due to the location of the place because the Chinese really love their tea! I give this beverage a rating of 2 out of 10 stars because:

1. The tapioca was not fresh so it was very hard to chew on and it had a sweet taste to it affected the taste of the tea
2. The tea itself was too sweet and it probably consisted of 50% sugar, 10% tea, 10% tapioca pearls, and 30% milk.
